Seema Bonney, MD, is the founder and medical director of the Anti-Aging & Longevity Center of Philadelphia. She is dual board-certified in both Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and Emergency Medicine and has completed a fellowship in regenerative medicine.
Dr. Bonney is a holistic doctor who is passionate about changing the way medicine is practiced. She believes in patient-centered, or personalized, medicine, as every individual has a unique biological, metabolic, and genetic makeup impacting their health, disease susceptibility, and immune response. Instead of treating symptoms in a “one size fits all” approach to patient care, the emphasis at her practice is on prevention and wellness. The identification and treatment of the underlying causes of common symptoms such as weight gain, poor energy, hormone imbalances, sleeplessness, and anxiety/depression aids in the development of personalized action plans and goals. Dr. Bonney is committed to assisting her patients in reaching optimal physical and emotional wellness by helping them change existing habits and form newer, healthier ones. This is achieved by doing a deep dive into the patient’s medical and family history, as well as conducting individualized testing to guide them in establishing resources, habits, and lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime and help prevent or delay disease.
Dr. Bonney earned her undergraduate and MD degrees through the prestigious six-year accelerated medical program at Jefferson Medical College in conjunction with Pennsylvania State University.
